A web based diagnostics system including integration with open-source classifier for SARS-CoV-2.
The HIAS COVID-19 Detection System (CNN) system uses the COVID-19 Tensorflow DenseNet Classifier project, a Tensorflow 2 DenseNet implementation using the SARS-COV-2 Ct-Scan Dataset. The classifier achieves 92% accuracy at detecting COVID-19 in unseen data.
The project is an addon for the HIAS Network, one of the core Peter Moss Leukaemia MedTech Research projects. The project can be provisioned using the HIAS UI and data can be sent from the UI to the classifier for classification.
